- बाथरूम की लीकेज (Bathroom Leakage): फ्लैट्स में सबसे ज़्यादा लीकेज बाथरूम से होती है। इसके लिए पुरानी टाइल्स निकालकर, नीचे केमिकल की परत बिछाकर दोबारा नई टाइल्स लगानी पड़ती है।
- बाहरी दीवारों का बचाव: बाहरी दीवारों पर दरारें भरने के लिए खास वॉटरप्रूफ प्राइमर और इलास्टिक पेंट का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है, जिससे बारिश का पानी अंदर नहीं आ पाता।

छत की पक्की वॉटरप्रूफिंग का खर्च लगभग ₹80 से ₹150 प्रति स्क्वायर फीट के बीच आता है। वहीं बाथरूम की लीकेज ठीक करने और दोबारा टाइल्स लगाने का काम ₹25,000 से शुरू होता है।
