मुंबई में रीसेल (Resale) फ्लैट खरीदना या बिल्डर से पजेशन मिलना एक बड़ी बात है। लेकिन उस फ्लैट को अपने सपनों का घर बनाने के लिए एक अच्छे सिविल कॉन्ट्रैक्टर (Civil Contractor) की ज़रूरत होती है। आइए जानते हैं 2026 में मुंबई में रिनोवेशन का कितना खर्च आता है।
1. तोड़-फोड़ और फ्लोरिंग (Flooring) का खर्च
मुंबई में लोग अक्सर जगह बढ़ाने के लिए किचन की दीवार तोड़ते हैं या बालकनी को कमरे में मिलाते हैं। इसके बाद फर्श पर बड़ी विट्रीफाइड (Vitrified) टाइल्स लगाई जाती हैं।
- कचरा (Debris) निकालना: मुंबई में मलबा फेंकना काफी महंगा है। इसका खर्च ₹15,000 से ₹25,000 तक आता है।

2. बाथरूम और वॉटरप्रूफिंग

3. किचन प्लैटफॉर्म और मॉड्यूलर किचन
पुराना किचन तोड़कर नया ग्रेनाइट या क्वार्ट्ज़ (Quartz) का प्लैटफॉर्म बनाना, दीवार पर टाइल्स लगाना और मरीन प्लाइवुड के मॉड्यूलर बास्केट बनाना।
खर्च: क्वालिटी के हिसाब से यह ₹80,000 से ₹1.5 लाख तक जाता है।
4. फॉल्स सीलिंग (POP) और पेंटिंग
दीवारों पर पुट्टी (Putty) और एशियन पेंट्स रॉयल जैसा वॉशेबल पेंट, साथ ही सीलिंग में LED लाइट्स वाली POP डिज़ाइन।
खर्च: 1BHK के लिए यह खर्च ₹60,000 से ₹1 लाख के बीच आता है।

मुंबई में एक 1BHK का पूरा 'स्टैंडर्ड' रिनोवेशन ₹3 लाख से ₹5 लाख के बीच होता है। वहीं 2BHK के लिए यह खर्च ₹5 लाख से ₹8 लाख तक जाता है।
